Applicants can qualify for up to $250,000 in coverage with no medical tests. The plan is renewable and convertible. The policy does not offer preferred rates, and its health questions are comparable to those found in most traditional life insurance applications.

- 40-year-old, male non-smoker $150,000 EZ Term 10: $20.70 a month
